Sunbeam headlight lense replacement and removal instructions.

Special Notes:

1.  Replacement Bulbs are easily purchased from Home Depot or Lowes.

2.  To remove Glass bulb, use a small block of wood and gently tap edge of Bronze Lense Holder.  The bronze lense holder is a press fit.  Tap evenly from side to side with block of wood and it will slowly come off without denting or distorting casting.  



3.  To install glass bulb, place entire headlight on flat surface.  Place small flat piece of wood over entire surface of lense holder and tap gently down to secure lense to outside of headlight.
