Price quotes on parts and shipping are good for 30 days.  Price or shipping quotes after 30 days will be void.
Any shipping quotes that may be listed in the livesteam.com web site is for shipping within the USA.  Orders outside the USA must obtain a shipping quote.

Defective Castings or Merchandise Guarantee Policy

A.  MUST BE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF CASTING WITH CURRENT DATED INVOICE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

B.  CUSTOMER MUST SHIP BACK DEFECTIVE CASTING WITH ORIGINAL DATED SALES INVOICE FROM RAILROAD WAREHOUSE.

C.  RAILROAD WAREHOUSE WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTS OR CASTINGS THAT HAVE BEEN SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES.   NO RETURNS WILL BE HONORED.

D.  RAILROAD WAREHOUSE WILL NOT REPLACE ANY CASTINGS OR PARTS THAT WERE NOT ORIGINALLY PRODUCED BY US.

E.  RAILROAD WAREHOUSE WILL NOT REPLACE CASTINGS OR PARTS THAT HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE INCORRECTLY MACHINED BY CUSTOMER OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

F.  DEFECTIVE MACHINED PARTS WILL BE REPAIRED, REPLACED OR ISSUED REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION.

Railroad Warehouse will normally replace the defective casting free of charge upon customer returning defective casting as long as it is within the policy guidelines listed above:

We are a direct supplier of parts for the Live Steam Hobby.  There are no authorized third party distributors of our products.
Products are intended to be sold directly to the hobbyist at a reasonable price.  I reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have the intentions of using my products for commercial resale.
