CNC machined for accuracy of hole pattern.
Steel fabrication with aluminum angles.
Windows on side slide open on guides.
More detailed rivet pattern with 525 rivet holes.
Intended Rivets are 3/32" diameter round head.
A total of 1135 holes are separately drilled to fabricate
unit.
Cab is supplied with clecos and pliers to assist customer
assembly.
Rivets are included.
Customer to do list:
Customer cuts out front sheet and deck to match the fit
of their locomotive boiler.
Customer assembles and rivets unit together.
Customer adds grab iron details and rain gutter if desired.
Customer makes lower mounting plates on cab to adjust
height and level out as necessary.
