This locomotive is nearing completion.   
Locomotive is currently being built for Coal.  If customer wishes, it can be built for clean burning Propane at additional cost of hardware.  

 Payment schedule for completed locomotive:
$25,000.00 down payment for the running on air chassis/boiler and completed USRA Tender.  Includes Valve gear & Rods that are Nickel Plated.
$25,000.00 payment will be due after boiler installation, plumbing, and overall locomotive detail completion.  
Completed locomotive total cost = $50,000.00  

 After contract is signed and initial deposit check sent, Estimated time frame of completion is 6-8 months depending on weather for finishing the painting.

    This is a good buy since the last Heavy Mikado was sold for $75,000.00 in Florida.  Material prices keep climbing higher along with the machining costs.  A newly built steam locomotive available at this price will be a rare find especially in these Economic times.
