Description:
Lost wax bronze.
Hole cast in place for handrail. For use with 3/16" diameter tube.
Just lightly finish hole with 3/16" reamer and check fit.
Use 8-32 die to thread end of casting for installation to boiler/lagging.
8-32 thread length is an approx .46"
Lightly grind and smooth out cast sprue stem.
Can be polished for looks.

for installation to boiler/lagging.
Some castings may require slight filing to smooth out sprue stem at bottom
of casting.

HANDRAIL STANTION OPTION
Handrail clasp Part #G-5006
Description:
For builders who would like a fully functional and removable handrail
clasp. For use with the handrails above.
Machine the above handrail stantions by removing front portion of the
'solid clasp' at the parting line. Drill #38 and tap 5-40 for installation.
The Handrail clasp may now be attached with a 5-40 model bolt.
Clasp clamp will fit a 3/16" Diameter handrail. Hole is cast in place.
