Rough flange diameter 9.58"
Typically machined to a  8 3/8"  diameter wheel.
Wheel thickness is 1.11" 
Axle island center 2 1/2" tapering to 1 5/8" for crankpin area.
Customer knocks out holes and de-burrs inside hole pockets.
